Thanks for this great perspective. Very well done.

My take: Of course there will be strings attached. Let’s not forget the insanity that happened in Alabama when politicians and judges inserted themselves into reproductive medical care. So called “ethical IVF” (limited fertilization, all fresh transfers, no pgt or cryopreservation) could undo decades of advancements. We need to be vigilant no matter what if anything happens after this executive order.

Well summarized David. Thank you. It would be good to see this political momentum impact mandated coverages (currently 22 states) and hopefully sustain momentum around methods for IVF delivery to increase capacity i.e. Conceivable, Gameto. Most definitely a positive overall.

Well said. This is a positive step but I am more concerned about what comes next. The regulations, time tables, and the rollout will have a profound impact and my hope is it can be driven more by the experts in this field than by politicians for the patient’s sake.
